Well, how do you do it?
I am currently doing this with no success.
-Once I have their mission bookmarked, I warp in my rupture.
-I use the rupture because it seems harmless yet it can kill well tanked battleships.
-I steal their loot
-Nobody agresses me
-I warp out sad :(
So is it better to warp in my "salvaging ship" first for them to aggro it?
I have seen people on youtube agress a loki and a sleipnir yet I can't get anybody to agress my ruppie :(

seriously leave missioners alone if you want to fight find other people who want to fight... if you are still so keen on killing missioners then just attack them so what if you lose security status not like your trying to be popular with anyone

I decided i'd try since he had so much fun. I got the same results as you, even going in with a heron doesn't persuade them to aggro.
Gave up and decided roaming was easier.
Same feeling for me. I watched a few videos on Youtube and it looked like easy isk. But most importantly, it looked fun. To all the carebears crying, I'm in 0.0 alliance.. soo it really just me trying a new way to farm isk :) Blood raiders suck ya know?
